Using the term management when referring to Acclaim is somewhat of an oxymoron. I wished our HOA board members had done some sort research before hiring this horrible bunch of . . . I don't even know what to call them in polite company! I agree with all the other negative reviews with this group scammers & slackers.
Big Disappointment – I am a home owner on one of the properties this company "manages" and have been for the past 4 years and just want to say that they are basically out to take as much of your money as they can while giving you the least amount of management and care of your property that they can possibly get by with. Simple as that.
This company is a joke! – Good Luck getting these people to call you back. If you are looking for someone to manage your HOA..don't use these guys..They will not adhere to the covenants of your community and will not keep the homeowners involved in any way when it comes to decisions to be made about your community.
Acclaim is a very BAD management company. – Hire Acclaim and you will be sorry. They take your money then you will never hear from them again. Very poor management by CEO(?) Linda Silverman. Before you associate with Acclaim first hire a lawyer. You will need one to deal with Acclaim and your losses.
Horrible Managers – Acclaim does not do its job. Our property has gone down hill from neglect. Their employees are rude and treat owners with disrespect. They do not enforce the by-laws and community rules. They have demonstrated that they are not qualified to manage a property. The owner is extremely defensive and bullies the board of directors and Association members. They provide the worst service. They do not respond to repeated calls, emails and faxes. They are good at mismanaging our property. You have been warned.
