I was happy with how easy they made the whole process of getting reliable home health care. Staff was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and compassionate. 5 stars easy, thank you!
My dad was assigned Acclaim Home Care after being referred by the hospital. I was extremely disappointed with the nursing service and physical therapist evaluation. The PT evaluator came unannounced to my home while he was eating breakfast and asked him to stand up. When he demonstrated difficulty in standing, clearly because he needs physical therapy, she replied "we all have good days and bad days". After no contact for a week, I called to find out that he has been discharged because he was "unable to follow commands". Eve... read more
