This agency is very unprofessional and the staff is rude. They dont respect your decisions as the consumer. The staff from the receptionist to the manahement need customer service training Will mever use them again and will mever refer them to ANYONE.
I have been using a claim for many years for several of my family members. They are very professional, very responsive coordinated everything with me on a timely fashion. I definitely recommend the service to everybody. Five stars across the board.
