Dr. Otto is Board Certified and has his Doctorate in Audiology. His hearing assessments are more thorough than the quick screen you may receive from other Hearing Specialists. I have been seeing Dr. Otto for almost 7 years. He is competent, precise, well trained and very experienced. Dr. Otto is a very caring person that makes sure that his patients' needs are met. He has been very flexible with appointments for me because of my work schedule and drive time. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that both of my hearing aids are working to their highest capacity. Had a hearing test this week with Dr. Otto. Was a very complete exam. I knew my hearing was bad but when I tried on Oticon hearing aids my world opened back up. Great products, staff and service. I highly recommend Acclaim Hearing Center to everyone! Thanks, Darren
