The Nurse's and Practicaners work their butts off and by appointment only.
While I was initially glad to have found this place, it quickly became intolerable - they overbook appts and cause you to wait an exceptionally long time for your appt. As we were visiting for wound dressings and changing, the nurse told us at our first appt to shower one hour before our appt and come to the appt without any bandages or dressings. The nurse said the wounds could not dry out and this hour was the timeframe the wounds could be exposed. We arrived on time and were made to wait more than another hour for our app... read more
Highly do not recommend the Burlington location. I thought everything was ok during my appointments but then two of the nurses decided to make fun of me. I left extremely upset, which they knew, and I would never return. A shame, because the other nurses there were very good.
