I contacted Acclaim Garage Doors on May 28 about having panel(s) replaced on my garage door. They responded the following day with a question about the repair, which I immediately answered. Never heard back from them again.
Michael was not only knowledgeable, he was very efficient and took care of the problem quickly. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Acclaim.
