I didnt make it to see the doctor in office. But the folks answering the phone give me a very clear understanding of how the office is ran. I called first thing in the morning to set up a n new pateint and I am not sure where my call gets routed too but they said "the office is busy" they will call you back later . The operator was was rude and also took 15 mins to answer the call. So im surprised it wasnt the office number. Almost 6 hours later I didnt hear anything and my foot is in a lot of pain so I decided to call again... read more
Slow service.. don’t come here if you want to wait 30-40 til after your scheduled appointment.. and calling you’ll be waiting for 10-15
