Poor communication, rude tones and behaviors. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. The lack of interest and attention to customers is based on the providers emotions and mood. Patients that can’t easily move to another location have to be at the mercy of the provider. I would not recommend and if possible seek another location. First few visits will be fine but then you will be stuck.
Office staff is rude… When you call to try to set up an appointment I would not recommend this place based on a phone conversation with trying to speak with someone about an appointment.
The doctor themselves are great. The reason for the 3 stars is I received a bill in the mail and when I tried to pay it, following their prompt system i was given a voicemail that someone would call me back. Left two voicemails and never heard back. Was the sent a letter in the mail that they were sending me to collections. Called and spoke to someone in scheduling and she was very rude when I was explaining the situation to her to try to prevent another person getting a voicemail that wont be answered.
