Hello ~ I have enjoyed living @ Acclaim @ Ford Lake. The location is excellent and allows access to so many different things! The management staff is excellent. I have had really good success communicating with the office. It would be nice to have a maintenance person on the grounds. I called three weeks ago to have my bathtub drainage to be fixed. I called the after hours line and my issue has not been addressed. I would've gone to the office to voice my concern, I have been really busy during the day and haven't been able ... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The manager Ms. Blackmon is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She lies repeatedly to her tenants being a sum lord. They are nice until you move in then you are treated like trash, especially the elderly. I wish I could give them zero stars. That does not include the kids with no supervision tearing up the community, trash running over or illegal activities going on every night. Look else where....
