I lived there in 1978, when it was called "Crestview Gardens". It appears to have greatly deteriorated in the interim.
They replace the air conditioners way too late, and you end up having to endure the heat every single day.
Property need to be condemned. The WHOLE COMPLEX is infested with mice and roaches. They will paint over holes enough to pass your move in inspection but 2 weeks after move in the mice will eat through the walls. They do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the insanitary living conditions they subject tenants too. In the winter time you will have no heat or hot water. In the summer time you will also not have hot water. Rats rats horrible dumpster areas and come in to cover up issues within your apartments. YOU CAN SMELL when rats are in your kitchen especially.. They do the same treatments yet they still come. They also can call you constantly when you moving out yet cant keep track of maintenance issues.. cheap cheap yet wish to up your rent as if this is a rich neighborhood setting.
