If you actually care about the residents, it seems like you don't last long here. India was the only person who ever made me feel like she genuinely cared and was here to help. I would give this property 0 stars if I could. The entire property is poorly maintained, and management does not care about the residents or the conditions they have to live in. The property has ongoing issues with mice and roaches, making it extremely difficult to feel comfortable or safe in your own home. These problems should be addressed promptly, but they continue to persist. This place has completely gone down hill! Mice inside of the apartments, rats take over the parking lot as soon as the sun goes down, roaches invade your apartment no matter how clean you are. I’ve even had India who no longer works here vouch to them for how clean my apartment is. The property manager has even entered my apartment unplanned. I keep a clean home. Horrible starting process. All I kept getting is the run around when it came to my application. I paid the application fee which I regret because it was a waste of time I ended up going somewhere else. And I would call several times and I can tell they were screening my calls and not answering because when they finally did answer they called me by my name. Very frustrating process never again
