Really great staff made me feel welcome and were very friendly
I was in last week and it took every think I had just to walk up the six t stairs to get in. we went over some test results and I had told her that I couldn't work out today that my back was out. so she made me go and talk to the coach, hehe. he said let's make it better and I said that's what I'm doing by giving it a few days to heal.
