Was in a wreck same day, did a walk in. The staff never set any expectations that I would not be seen that day, and 2 of the staff did the same triage questionnaire which took 2 hours in total from the time we walked in and left. So we have the total understanding we are going to be seen because no one, not one person said we were not and sent us into a private patient room. This is where I get pissed off.
