These are wonderful people! ☺️ I've come here for 2 separate L&I claims. Each time they have been compassionate, competent and consistent. I truly appreciate the different therapists I've been seen by and giant shout out to the front desk. You have been so kind and flexible with appointments. Really cannot recommend them enough.
Disappointing experience. The parking is pretty limited, I was circling trying to find parking that by the time I got to my appointment I was late. I apologized and asked if they could still see me or if I could reschedule. They said it was fine they had “plenty of time.” I don’t know what changed after I got to the room and they looked at my chart/insurance, but after looking at it they said they “suddenly didn’t have time”. I was only treated for about 5 minutes and I was charged FULL PRICE afterwards. I understand policie... read more
