They went above and beyond through out the whole process. I was completing a 1,000 sq ft attached pool house. They followed up continuously from the day of the quote, permit approval and then ground breaking day. Communication was impeccable during any hiccups (stairs needed, underground pipes, leveling). They poured foundation, built concrete walls, turned a window into a door, and opened up a new window. They also have a finishing department (drywall) that was just as great! We had ACCG onsite for a job recently. They were professional, hard working and got the job done well and on time.
The ACCG team did an excellent job with our stamped concrete patio. From start to finish this team was very communicative, ensured we were on the same page in terms of what we wanted and they understood the job to be, and met a very tight deadline. The process was well defined, going from sales/estimation with Gabriel and then handed off to Richard and Miguel for production. Great team all around! We couldn't be happier with the finished product.
If more companies out there had service like they do, life would be better. Gabriel from the first meeting until the end did a fantastic job. Communication. Follow ups. Fixing little things. Just amazing.
Great company. I've had both Jeremy and Gabriel come and do estimates for driveways in a mobile home park. They are both professional and friendly, quick to reply to any email or phone call. The technicians do great work and will answer any questions if you happen to have one. Highly recommend.
