The WORST possible service. They DO NOT care about patients. Sansum Santa Barbara, stop working with this EVIL company. They would rather leave you stranded with no help than actually attempt to do anything good for you. Unable to reach anyone
The dispatcher on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Our hospital called three times to inquire about the ETA of the nurse performing the line placement. The person on the phone yelled at me, " I ALREADY SENT THAT OUT." The nurse never showed up.
