From the first moment I stepped into the showroom, and throughout my entire visit, it was so relaxing and calm. Almost like I could've come out of the exam room in a robe with my hair in a towel and asked for a mani/pedi while I was being shown and fitted for the newest and most stylish eyewear! Kudos to Dr. Becki and her Staff for getting it right the first time! :)
I went to Accessor Eyes on a referral from a friend and I am glad I did. This place defines "Customer Service" not only by the atmosphere but because the personal attention never seems rushed or sales driven like most Optometry Offices I have been in! Dr. Norris took lots of time educating me during my eye exam. I have had several exams in my time, but never did the Doctor take the time to explain all of the ways my eyes can be the focal point of my health. Love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and the office is very modern and chic. They have a wide selection of frames to choose from the turn around time to receive my frames from the lab was just a few days. ❤️
