I am glad I have them. Couldn't keep up with the cleaning and get them in every two weeks. It is so nice living in a clean apartment again.
Did an amazing job and stayed later to finish!! Very professional and too care of all the trash.
My cleaning crew was supposed to come between 730 and eight. They texted me at 7:15 and said they would be there in 20 minutes. They arrived exactly on time they were polite, professional, and extremely efficient.
Horrible move-in clean. They basically cleaned the floor for 6 hours. Many areas were still visibly dusty/dirty, fridge had debris, and the receipt listed multiple areas that weren’t even touched (ceiling fan, porch). Anything above eye level was not cleaned at all - dirty to the touch. They sent a new pair of cleaners for a re-clean but only scheduled them for an hour, which was insufficient to fully clean the problem areas. I had to reclean much of what they missed myself. Used them for a move-in clean. Alerted them that the place was dusty to the touch and many specific points requested had just not been cleaned generally. They refused a refund and made rescheduling a cleaning extremely difficult. Would NOT reccomend
