My wife and I moved here in September of 2022. We were approved due to my wife being on SSDI. These apartments are designed around people who have special needs. This is exactly what my wife needed. The building is well maintained and the only thing we pay other than rent is electricity. The units are one and two bedroom with accessible bathroom and shower. All in all we are very happy that we were able move here.

They never have enough workers in the building. The management is very horrible and there workers is very lazy and rude.

I was driving passed and noticed a man in a wheelchair sitting out in the sun by himself sleeping ! I got into the building across the street and was there for 30-35 minutes and when I left I noticed the elderly man still sitting in the end of the road. I drive up next to him and wake him up asking if he is okay. He doesn’t speak but nods his head and I tell him he should get inside because it’s dangerous out here, he nods and rolls up to the building and heads inside. Comment from RC Vic: ASI (Stephen Vander Schaaf) will give you Privacy Right(s) up to the very time where they decide to enter your apartment on Saturday Morning without required notice using the building Master Key and completely against your expressed and posted wishes and demands, on your door, to not enter!
