When they came out, I had a really good feeling about them so I didn't call anyone else. The guy who came out assured me that because it was an emergency situation that he would be able to get it taken care of right away. When I did not have a quote when I was supposed to, I called and another guy just kept apologizing for the other guy and telling me that he shouldn't have told me he could do what he said he could do.
