install person came while I was at work. He and his young (maybe 10-12 year old) sons took had their shirts off, not cool with my wife and two young kids at home. He had to change the location of the ramp twice. I asked him where his plans were, he had none. He kept referring to "Leon" the owner and saying he had the plans. Now my deck has screw holes everywhere and half of the railing spindles are off. Still no ramp. STAW AWAY!!!
