My experience with Accessible Home Health Care was very positive in all respects. As the name indicates, everyone from the agency head on down was responsive and available. The aides were top notch, giving professional and compassionate 24- hour care to my elderly father. A brief gap in service was acknowledged and promptly addressed. Overall, I would highly recommend Accessible to anyone in need of compassionate care for their elderly loved ones.

The office staff was very unprofessional and rude to me on the phone. I called to get an aide for a friend of mine. She acted as if I was interrupting her and she didn’t care for my business.

Very unprofessional. Utilizes aides that barely speak English. Used them for my father and was a huge mistake and was locked into a contract for a week. One aide told me she gets paid minimum wage .My father was in a nursing home and needed an aide for a few weeks after a fall. Did a few surprise visits and found the aide sleeping one time; on phone outside of the room one time; eating dinner outside one time; one time left my father in the bingo room for 20 minutes until someone else pushed him in his wheelchair backed to h... read more
