I've dealt with a lot of caregivers as my elderly mom's needs have increased, and I've been very pleased with my experience at Accessible Home Health Care. Mom's caregiver is friendly, engaged, communicative, and has gone out of her way to make her life easier and more comfortable. This means a lot, especially since some aides we've used in the past seemed checked out, and more interested in their phones than the person in their care. Accessible Home Health Care of Broward have, honestly, exceeded all expectations. They call when they say they will, they follow up with both the patient and the insurance company and they care about the outcome for the patient. Meirilin Costa listened when I told her about my needs and delivered a health care provider that has become my sisters' friend and helper. As someone who lives in Parkland, I’ve heard about a lot of agencies, but Accessible Home Health Care of Broward stands out for all the right reasons. Sandi has been a constant source of guidance and compassion — she took time to really understand our needs and made us feel like we were in the best hands.
