Very disappointed in the lack of compassion and ability to work with a special needs patient. Especially when that is 100% of their clientele. 🤔
I am SHOCKED that this place is advertised as a dentistry for people with special needs. My brother is a 19 year old with Down syndrome with an extreme fear of the dentist. He sat in the chair and did not put up any kind of fight. The staff we worked with had absolutely no patience with him and gave up. They tried for all of 2 minutes to take a look in his mouth.
