Installing was done in a professional manner with emphasis on respecting my home. Both installers were professional gentleman and I undoubtedly felt at ease from start to finish. Highly impressed and would recommend Accessibility Solutions to anyone looking for services!

I can't say enough about the great level of service provided by this organization. Jim guided us through determining our needs and sold us high quality, previously used equipment. Now, 8 years after the sale of lifts for my parents, Jim was tremendously helpful, walking me through the necessary steps to maintain and change batteries. What a great service experience! I highly recommend Jim and Accessibility Solutions in Syracuse.

The salesperson arrived 30 minutes late with no explanation or apology, was sloppily dressed, sat on the floor out of view of my wife for whom the lift was being considered all the while rummaging through a badly disorganized portfolio of brochures, and had no idea of a range of costs, saying that the “boss” did all that and would be in touch. Forty eight hours later, no contact.

My husband recently became disabled unexpectedly. We had Accessibility Solutions install a brand new stair lift and a used one I had bought from someone else which was of the same brand they are licensed to sell. They were fantastic about everything from beginning to end. Eric came over within a day to look over what we needed and returned a quote very quickly. They cleaned the used one and put new batteries in it. They came over within a week installed both and showed my husband and I how to use them. Everyone I worked with... read more
