This company is ALL about sales but once they sell their product the communication STOPS. Can’t get anyone to respond to phone calls, messages or emails about the delivery promises that were made. NO communication or customer service. Use some one else!
This is a company you can trust and rely on. I needed two stairlifts quickly and Bill was able to get them for me and installed just before my husband came home. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
Our chair lift for my grandmother is very crucial to have working at all times. We are Very thankful for the quick response and help for our concern and able to loan us a part till our part comes in.
I would like to tell you why I highly recommend Accessibility Services Inc. Three years ago I needed help to get up & down my stairs. My daughter recommended I get a stairlift. I finally came up with three different companies, 2 in Florida & 1 in Las Vegas. I called the BBB to see what their ratings were. Unfortunately the ones in Florida did not have good ratings.
