The people who help me order what I needed for accessibility in our house were amazing. They made it possible for me to get the equipment as quickly as they could, and were terrific in sending me specs for my contractor
As a general contractor I purchase lots of materials from diffrent companies. Accessibility Professionals is by far the worst I've done business with. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for my shower I was told it was refused at out local freight company. After talking to Jim he apologize to me for the mix up in shipping. After asking for a refund 3 weeks have passed still no refund I have no idea what's going on there but I would highly recommend never using them.
We are in the United we purchased a oversized shower pan to accommodate my husband with ALS and he is also be treated for ALL cancer. Within 5 months the material in the pan delaminated. the manufactor of the pan is Freedom showers. Purchased by Accessibility professionals in Canada. They acknowledge the pan is defective and agreed to replace it. They do not how ever compensate the contractor for his labor or the new wall panels that needed to be taken out. Or the labor for that. My grandmother had a Freedom shower installed in her bathroom. We were very happy with the customer service and follow up from Freedom Showers. The shower is great quality and the installation went very smoothly. The seat and grab bars are perfect for her.
