Dr Shore is very caring and good. But that clinic has zero commitment. The call center is rude, and all the workers seem confused or overwhelmed. I've been trying to reach a nurse for 5 days with no callback. The phone system is a mess. They need to fix these issues or replace the front office workers and nurses!
The Dr denied a very important medicine my mother needed so we switched to a different clinic. He has a attitude thinks he knows it all and thinks he has the authority over the patient. Be cautious with that location.
