I will NEVER go to this clinic again! Dr Rainey is the WORST! I had an endometrial ablation in 2020 and my periods came back with a vengeance in Oct 2025. I make an appointment and he was the physician. He was not concerned with the pain & bleeding that literally altered my day to day life. All this man was concerned about was making sure I had a colonoscopy and a mammogram. He said to make another appointment if it becomes unbearable. Was incredibly nervous for my first appointment, everyone in the office was kind, professional, and did all they could to calm my nerves. Dr Allen was wonderful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has put off an appointment due to anxiety!
Do not recommend. Pregnancy is already stressful, and no expecting mother or anyone for that matter should be treated with attitude for no reason when coming in for medical care. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way.
Don’t go here if you are black or hispanic, the young lady Lakyn will give you dirty looks upon arrival and treat you with nothing but disrespect. Everytime I hand her a paper she sprays hand sanitizer on her hands excessively with a smug.
