My kids had an appointment together October 28th. It is February 19th as of me posting this review. I've heard nothing from the office since. Their glasses have not been received and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the office. I don't know what's going on and I try to be patient and understanding because things happen but to have zero contact and be unable to get glasses they severely need is unacceptable.
Poor service. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for one week to get my kids glasses fixed. They came apart twice since we got them. No one is ever in office and no one responds to their text.
Can not get anyone to answer me back regarding my daughter's glasses, it's been a month. Her eyes are bothering her and I can't even get them to text or call back. Wanting to get her prescription so I can get glasses elsewhere, So it looks like I'll have to go somewhere else and pay, again! The doctor was very nice and welcoming but the lack of response afterwards is ridiculous. Would also like to add I've been at the office multiple times and they're never open.
This place is a joke needs to be shut down had glasses ordered for a month now supposed to be a week for them to come in now no answer no reply or anything should be able to get a refund and go elsewhere but of course no contact with them at all 😡
