Where are my son’s glasses it’s been over a month! This office has been closed non stop the last week. This is ridiculous and even when we came for his appointment nobody was there for 20 mins to let us in.
My wife has been calling for days and no answer so she drove down there during business hours nobody’s there. I think there out of business or moved!!!!
My wife ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. The lady was complaining how she had to everything! She said they'll be here in a week typically. 3 weeks later we can't get ahold of anyone or get a call back to confirm anything, I just called 9 times in a row and no answer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND access vision for anything. I'm sorry to leave this kind of review but this is the situation.
I dont know what has happened to this place but it is now terrible. Worst receptionist I've ever came across.
Dr. Gomez is very competent and thorough. Excellent bedside manner. If something is not right, he will make it right. The overall organizational structure of the office, though, leaves much to be desired. Unexplained delays in getting contacts I ordered, even though they had arrived to the office; miscommunication with the staff; and being told very different things by different staff members.
