I needed tires AND a couple rims badly but could not afford all. The owner made me a great deal where I was able to afford everything and now my car drives like brand new and I feel so much safer in it. Thanks so much!

My daughter needed tires to pass inspection and I was limited on funds. I came here and they gave me 2 nice tires for the front and was checking the rear ones and found a small bubble on the side, So for safety told me they couldnt let me leave with that tire and have a blow out, so they gave me a tire for the rear and said God Bless. I didnt even know these people, but since then I refer all my friends and family there, Knowing they will be taken care of.
If there was an option for 0 stars, that's what Access USA would get from me. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I called and spoke to the owner about a tire and was treated like s**t. He said he had the tire I was looking for but that he had too many tires to sort through to even provide information about the brands. Frustrated, but in need of a tire, I asked my wife to pick up the tire for me. I had a flat on Lamar and tried to drive on in and bent my rim pretty bad. I ended up in the parking lot next door to this tire shop and one of the workers there came outside to help. Jacked my car up in the neighboring parking lot, removed my tire and tried to put another one on but found out the rim was no good after driving on it. So they luckily had some stock rims and gave me a rim and tire for $80! Hubcap annie wanted $92 for my rim alone with no tire. YIKES! I needed a new set of tires for my ML320 but didnt want to pay what everyone was asking for $600+ installation! I stopped by Access USA and I got a set of nearly new used tires for $400! What a deal, and that included installation! This is just what I was wanting! Cant be beat!
