This place is a scam they list apts at a very low price and when you call they say its rented and then you you ask them to find something similar they say they can't find anything that cheap so they lure you and then try to take advantage of you i will never deal with companies like this .....

My review is coming in about a month after I moved into my apartment. So I'm still very happy with my apartment, and thankful to Ken for getting me through the process quickly and securely. Would highly recommend reaching out to him for help when hunting for an apt in New York.

Our broker Femi was a delight. Showed me and my roommate around the apt that we orginally called him about, we didn't love it that much. Femi then offered to drive us to another apartment that he was sure that we would love and WE DID. He was so amazing that we made an offer that night to take it off the market. He brought us to his Office where we met Ken, another amazing person on the team. Ken sat down with us and went over all the cost and even helped work with our budget!
