Walked in to the clinic, no one else was there but me ended up waiting for over an hour. When I finally had enough and got up to leave they said they were trying to verify my insurance. Poor service and will NOT be going back again.
First time here as several friends reffered this place and I was not disappointed. Taya and the girls up front were more than willing to answer all my questions even though I knew they needed to go to lunch. Was very impressed with Dr Christopher Dematt who nailed my systems and manor was as good as it gets. Will be back for sure if ever needed.
Very rude! They don't answer the phone and voicemail is full; however, they did call me back. When they called back, the women was very short with me. I need an appointment for my husband and she put me on hold with out saying anything, then when she came back I told her thank you anyway but I need an appointment sooner and she just hung up on me.
Horrible experience girls at window were rude and seemed to be annoyed I was there, I waited ten minutes for them to even approach me at check in window. Didn’t even apologize for the wait time. Told me they were not seeing patients , I asked why it’s listed as open and why isn’t there some sort of signage posted on door or check in counter . No response was given, turned around and walked out.
Was new to this clinic and was beyond satisfied with my visit. The receptionist Kristin was super kind and extremely helpful to me. She handled a very rude person well and professional which made me appreciate the staff 10x more. The nurse in the room was also very kind and seemed happy to help I wish I had gotten her name. The PA Rudy got me the care i needed and was beyond amazing. I definitely will be returning here for my care!
