Originally had to move in yesterday, turned out they gave us the key but not the fob for entering the floor. I was downstairs and at the end was not able to get into my own flat because they forgot about the procedure of putting me into the door system. They said it’s the building managements fault yet I think the company should make sure things happen accordingly.
