Don, the 30 year owner, answered my phone call at 7:45 am his time. He was able to assist me immediately with something that I had been trying to get help with for 2 days. He didn't know how much he was "wow-ing" me until the end of our transaction when I explained that I manage a hotel for a company that owns four and that he helped me take care of a guest that needed accessible accommodations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their knowledge, understanding, efficiency and, most of all, guest service!
Customer service is ridiculous. I had a friend try to order some fishing equipment for her disabled husband who has not been able to is 3 years and this company was so unprofessional to them and wanted to charge these outrageous shipping prices. Do not order anything.
