They came almost immediately for an urgent situation. The technicians were exceptionally qualified to resolve our problem and courteous beyond expectations. My phone contact, Aide, was incredibly helpful and understanding of our urgent needs. I would recommend this company to anyone!!
This is absolutely the best place to go to if you need a custom built stair lift. We have a landing with a curve in the stairs and doors to consider at both top and bottom, so a straight stair lift (much cheaper) won't work. Inches count in a small space, too. Our Stannah fits the bill perfectly. The high tech measuring process was simple and fast. The stair lift was delivered in 3 weeks as promised, and installed in about 4 hours with courteous service. High marks all round!
Rick and staff were very easy to work with to choose and install our Stiltz Duo Lift. The carpentry work done to create the space for the lift and the lift itself are both great. We are very pleased with the results, love the lift, are glad we put it in, and recommend this company to do the work.
