I've honestly been having a terrible time with this place. All of the staff are VERY unprofessional. The first therapist i got assigned to was HORRIBLE. She would have me waiting in the lobby for hours to then cancel the appointment, or she'll forget she'd have me scheduled. I only met with her twice and they were for only 15-20 min. I was also assigned a care manger Keith Wright. He was very unprofessional the first time i met with him in the facility we waited outside for the taxi and he told me very violent stuff he has d... read more
Absolutely horrible. Dodging calls & giving the run around. What king of mental health care team does that? Reaching out to better business bureau & will be taking further action.

I am very pleased for this place to have existed. I have been suffering for 6 years, and couldn’t figure out what was going on with me exactly; but I knew it had to be something mental. Everything for me came to a boiling point, and I ended up causing ‘self-harm’ to myself. I had a black out moment, and it scared me deeply. I ended up going to the emergency room by ambulance, and then one I was stabilized I was able to go to outpatient care for the rest of the week.
