This place is awful. I lived in an apartment with support With access moved out of access about 4 years ago This place is so unprofessional the staff talk in front of the clients and the clients are picking it all up.
Hard to get in touch with anyone at this facility... the psychiatrist dr.Chukwuocha is a joke and wont help you, highly recommend you find any other way of getting help than through this association. 0 stars
my therapist victoria is great. i will say that most of the time i miss 5-8ish minutes out of my 30 which can be frustraiting. and, the front desk can be a little bit rude. beware also of other patients. but for the actual therapy part she is fantastic at her job. i do not have a psychiatrist here so im not sure how thats like but my experience is quite good
I Have To Say That ALL Staff Has Helped Me Out SO MUCH, This Is Just For Me Now, And I Want To Thank The Staff So Very Much For Allowing Me To Find Skills For Treatment On My Mental Health. The Friends I Know And Communicate With Help Me Out Also, That's Why I Like Access PROS In Middletown NY.
