We visited urgent care for my daughter. The staff were professional, and help expedite care. Counselors followed up providing critical supports and information. Grand street location was clean and welcoming.
Very poor experience.
Sat in the waiting room for an hour after I showed up waiting for the ladies who were talking and giggling behind the counter to call me to electronically sign my paperwork. Couldn’t even be seen because of how long I was there. Definitely need different people behind the counter. Took me 5 minutes to fill out the packet I was given. Why did it take over an hour to put my information into the computer? Be in mind, I’ve been here in the past so my information should already be in the system. Absolutely awful.
