This place in New Windsor is an absolute disaster. The staff here act like they’ve never worked a real job in their lives. Half of them don’t even seem qualified to manage a lemonade stand, let alone an apartment complex. They’re rude, argumentative, and will snap at tenants over the smallest issues. I’ve seen them call the cops on residents for no good reason—just pure chaos and power trips. Maintenance requests? Good luck. Oh my God this is the worst place ever!!! They wrote down on my paperwork when I arrived that patient refuses to tell the doctor’s names that she has. Bullshit because I told Klicka the Caretaker found on grand Street at Access supports for living all that information. They lied about everything giving me narcotics that could’ve killed me with other pills that I take. The pharmacy and the pharmacist told me what she couldn’t tell me. I could’ve had a job and everybody else else’s meaning fired where they all belong.

The one in new Windsor, where the apartments are so unprofessional. Most of them are even qualified for the job. They’ll fight with clients, they call the cops on them. When it comes to rides they either don’t show, don’t call, are late, and don’t know who’ll pick you up at all. Unprofessional. Go get a job you’ll be better at or more lazy job.
