Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly!
Physical space is good, heated, clean. Helpful moving things like dollies available. Friendly staff. But poor service. I was sold on a unit by phone by saying it was right at the elevator on the side of the building that has a truck bay for easy loading, then when I showed up to take possession I was told that wasn't available and was offered a unit at least a 30 second walk from the elevator on the other side without truck bay. I switched to a slightly closer but still far unit on the right side of building with truck bay. ... read more
