Very clean and well-equipped facility and friendly service. They gracefully accommodated my urgent needs, after presenting myself a few minutes before closing. I’m also grateful for recent requests granted that helped mitigate distressing circumstances. It’s refreshing to communicate with actual humans who are understanding and respond promptly to inquiries. I would recommend without hesitation.
Johnny and Asad are great. Johnny directed us to the right size of storage space and did an amazing job accommodating us with dates that kept changing (from our part). The location is great, the building is super clean and we love our wide door storage. Thank you guys. Monic & Yves
I’ve been using this storage facility for about seven months. The location itself is well-maintained and clean, I’ve noticed that the open ceiling leads to some sediment accumulation on my stored items, which is a minor inconvenience. One issue I found disappointing was the price increase after six months. The rate I initially received was discounted, and I expected it to remain the same for the duration of the year I signed up for.
