Based on my friend's experience, I cannot recommend this storage facility. My friend stored valuable construction tools here that he had spent years purchasing. Due to a family emergency, he had to leave Canada for a period of time and fell behind on payments. However, he remained in contact with management and later paid the full outstanding balance.
