Payments are weird in terms of how up front you have to pay and the monthly rates are quite high. They also don't rebate you for leaving early after spending a lot of money there over a period of time. On the plus side it's clean and was easy to move in & out. Just very expensive with no grace. Customer service is almost geared to battle you rather than help.
Olivia Savage, Assistant Manager at the 205 Wicksteed Ave storage facility, is truly the best person to deal with! She is kind, helpful, patient and takes the time to answer all your questions thoroughly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude make the entire experience so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend speaking with Olivia if you’re looking for storage, she’s absolutely wonderful!❣️

One of several storage sites in Leaside Toronto. I have no comparator experiences, but I was extremely pleased with Access. The personal service of the staff was excellent: helpful, engaging, accomodating. Princess in particular was great from beginning to end. The storage space itself was clean and dry and the detailed attention to security was exemplary. Five stars so far!!
