After almost a decade of renting multiple units at this facility and having mostly (not all) good experiences I now feel I need to warn my fellow residents about dealing with this company. Since Access Storage took over, repeated and hefty rate increases (more than 10% each time) have become the norm for anyone who has been there longer term. They will bill you 13 times a year not 12.
