Edie was exceptionally organized and professional while being kind and fun. She took me through every step and even walked with me to unit. She waved to everyone as they left. I had an A+ experience.
We had a great experience with Ede K. and Pierr G. Ede K helped us find the perfect storage unit. She is funny and friendly, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate her help and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.
After 11 attempts to have regional manager return my phone calls or emails after a shady experience with your Park road location. Still no response! Clearly there are big restructurings happening as told by your staff. Your electronic payment system down for days. Poor management Your store managers have no decision making authority and limited abilities within (title) of manager. I don’t believe any fault of their own. Due to the shadiness, and unethical mismanagement I moved from your facility.
