The two representative I dealt with in Barrie where absolutely amazing , the unit itself isn't as nice as I thought but it's a storage unit so that's unreal expectations.lol. The price was expensive for reg price but there was a deal on the unit that was incredible and couldn't be passed up. I chose to use access because it's Canadian
