I had an excellent experience with Access Storage, primarily due to the outstanding service from my storage representative. They were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect unit for my needs and explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and secure, which gave me confidence in storing my belongings there. I highly recommend Access Storage and am especially thankful to Casey for the great services.
Only go with this place if you are prepared to be harassed if you are even 5 seconds behind on their due date that they constantly change. They will also add 6 months worth of fees for every day you are behind. They contacted me 5 times per day even after receiving payment, and then went as far as to contact my boyfriend 60 times in less than 6 months. They have zero respect and zero customer service. If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The team at Access Storage on Caplan Avenue in Barrie are truly some of the nicest people to deal with! Moving is a stressful time but they made it easy peasy with a smile to go with. I would recommend them!
