There website hours are wrong, I travel 2 hours to get something and they just slapped a sign on their door, and when you call customer service they are just rude to you
Rented a heated locker to store a classic car for a few months during the winter. The unit was not heated with the warmest temperature reached being -5 Celsius. They obviously don’t check on their buildings or heating systems. I feel bad for the other people who would have thought their items were in a heated unit but in fact no heat. The yard was not plowed very often. In the short time we kept the car there I had to clear around the door to get in.
