My daughter rented a unit from this place and I'm her mother and this isn't my first dealings with them and I can honestly say this is by far the worst storage I've ever used or delt with. My daughter is disabled and doesn't get paid until the 3rd of the month in which they was informed of this. But regardless of this knowledge they still charged her a late fee and then when she paid cash on her unit it wasn't applied to her unit so the bill became so high she couldn't pay it.
