EDIT 6/20/25: I had no choice but to come back and edit this review because I got an email today letting me know that my rental fee is going to jump by $53.00 next month. I was given less than a month's notice for this price increase and I have no choice but to accept it because I live overseas and can't go back and move my stuff. Natalie was very helpful, she helped us switch from a 10x20 unit with support beams and a door that was too small to a better 10x20 unit with one large door and a fully functional 10x20 space on our moving day and the process was stress free.
