Nearly doubled my monthly rent while it remained the same on their website.
Initially: Pull down cord frozen hard in the ice in front. Could not open the door. Had to send rental truck away. Need to delay start of rental until there is a storage unit with a door that opens. * * * * Now, a couple of days later. Bolt Storage staff has proved to be highly responsive. The ice jam is cleared and the contract start date adjusted. Highly professional support! Very satisfied now
Signing up for service was clear and easy to navigate.The padlock provided by Bolt was not usable could not get it to go through door mechanism. Fortunately I had a lock on hand.All in all I would recommend this Storage Facility.
