I had a great experience choosing and selecting a storage unit for our upcoming move to the area. Tim was extremely helpful, and checked in regularly in the last few weeks to ensure we had everything lined up for move in day and if we had any questions. Great experience!!!

I used My Self Storage Place for 9 months. The customer service is out of this world. I had my payments on autopay and experienced a little trouble with it. For some reason the payments was not going through automatically. I was overseas and only able to communicate via email. Due to their great customer service my daughter was about to communicate with them and fix the issues we were having to continue my service. Price did increase just like everything else around us. This facility is hands down the best in the area. I've been a customer for more than 6 years. I've experienced two owners at this facility. Both were very good. The customer service is excellent. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Speak to Tim he's got the best personality I've encountered in a long time. He's the same all the time. Which makes me know he's just a genuine human being. Thanks for always helping me.
