The best customer service I've ever encountered, which is saying a lot at my age! Great place to store your belongings safely and I'll definitely be using Access Self Storage again in the future.
I walked in there off the street, immediately after coming from one of their competitors, further up on route 23. The experience I had with Mr. Regan O'Brien (facility manager) was starkly different. The other company was trying to charge me a few hidden fees and I basically just walked out. Mr O'Brien was courteous, extremely helpful and gave me a fantastic deal, the facility is very clean, well run and all the employees are refreshingly helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
We've never had any problems nor qualms about Penske so for our upcoming move we decided to book a Penske truck about a month ahead. Moving is stressful enough as it is and we were looking for dependability and quality service. Reserved via Penske website, got a confirmation phone call as well as an email confirmation saying our truck was fueled up and ready to be picked up at the designated Pick Up location. GREAT location, easy to access both the property and the storage units. Very clean, helpful people working here and secure.
Absolutely LOVED the experience here. Moved for the 5th and hopefully final time and Access was the best storage company I've dealt with. They set up the shelves in my unit for me, went over the contract carefully with me and they have long office hours, too.
I use this place to my snowboarding gear during the summer and all the stuff that was cluttering my garage. It's a safe location where I know my gear will be protected. Their first-month deal is great. Their storage rentals are very affordable.
