The manager's name was Loretta - she was very helpful and always had the time to answer questions and repeatedly assured me that she would be available at any time. A pleasure to work with!
I rented out this storage unit 10x20, from Jan. 2010-May 2010 (thank goodness) and when i went in to retrieve my items I found RAT FECES EVERYWHERE! All of my items had them on it. I had 2 big boy recliners, 2 couch SETS (4 TOTAL), fridge, washer dryer, table, entertainment center, end tables, coffe tables, boxes of clothes (babies included), vases, you name it. thanks for the information. I and someone else I know was going to use them but now I will not do so. I wish more people would do like you and write a review. I will surely pass this on b/c like you said this is disgusting... rats?! omg! thats so bad for business.. i would def. report them if i were you.
