Andrew Moorhouse is the epitome of customer service. Not only he followed up with missed delivery in weekly basis but he also came to our residence to show how to set up AWP and to phone in for final check-up during the rental period. Thank you Andrew and Access Rentals to come up with Genie-AWP rentals while other company cannot.
I paid my account on 28th July 2023. I have the receipt from Access Software. I have sent numerous emails with the receipt attached, as well as contacting the accounts department. However despite this and my attempts to lay this matter to rest, I keep getting bombarded with emails requesting payment for an account which I have already paid. Not only is this infuriating when it is 9 months after my account has been paid, I am still being asked for payment when I have forwarded the receipt from Acess Software.
